Products
You are purchasing a pattern, not the finished product. If you are ordering a pdf pattern, it will be available in your Magpie Patterns account after your payment has been approved; nothing will be shipped to you. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the patterns you purchase, which can be found for free here. If you have any difficulty downloading a pattern, please contact us at magpie (at) magpiepatterns.com.
If you are purchasing printed patterns or books, they will be shipped to you according to the shipping method of your choice.
Returns and Exchanges
Please choose carefully as there are no returns or exchanges.
Payment
Payments are processed at the time of ordering. Shipping charges, if applicable, are added to the order total before check out.
Credit and debit card users are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuing bank. If the card issuer does not authorize payment we will not process the order.
Shipping Rates and Policies
Shipments within the United States
In general you can expect your patterns to arrive in 3 – 7 business days, sometimes sooner! Packages ship within 2 days of your completed order.
When you choose Standard shipping, you can expect your patterns to arrive within 3 – 7 business days after your order is processed.
Expedited shipping will get your patterns to you within 2 business days after your order is processed.
PDF patterns: There is no shipping charge and pdfs are always available in your Magpie Patterns account immediately after your payment is processed.
International Shipments
Shipments to Canada can be expected within 7 – 15 business days after your order is processed.
Shipments to all other countries can be expected within 7 – 21 business days after your order is processed.
Expedited shipping will get patterns to Canadian customers within 5 – 7 business days and to customers in all other countries from 5 – 10 business days.
Sorry, but we can’t mark international packages as “gifts”, since that’s illegal.
