MATERIALS
You will need approx. 175 yards of sport or light-DK weight yarn; US 7/ 4.5 mm circular needles (16")

GAUGE
23 sts and 30 rows = 4" in Ptarmigan lace pattern

FINISHED SIZE
25.5" circumference at the base; 18.5" circumference at the top; 12” length from base to top
